COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update
Dear Patients and families,
As you may know, Governor Walz has extended his “Stay At Home” order through May 17th. Our clinic is considered “essential”, however at this time we are unable to provide routine care in office until the Governor signs off on our re-opening plan.
We will be open this week for phone calls, answering messages, urgent needs, and curbside pick-ups only. Our doors will remain locked to the public, so please call or text our office 952-442-2015 for any needs. Our office hours will be Monday through Friday from 10am – 4pm for this week only.
If you are in need of contact lenses at this time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text us at 952-442-2015. We will extend contact lens prescriptions on a case by case basis.
If you had your appointment canceled, we will be contacting you in the next couple of weeks, to get you rescheduled. If you need an exam, we will be adding patients to the waiting list and reaching out once we are able to get an open date.
We will be doing everything we can to protect our patients and staff from COVID-19 and have implemented multiple increased safety measures. If you are scheduled for an appointment in the near future, we will reach out to you to let you know what to expect as we try to limit contact with patients and staff and adhere to social distancing.
We appreciate your patience in this unprecedented time. Please be assured that we have your utmost safety in mind moving forward. We miss you and hope to see you soon!
Dr. Heather Tuttle
